Please read them carefully before using the platform. 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By creating an account and using Pubozap, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into these terms, and agree to comply with them in full. 2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE Pubozap is a cloud-based WhatsApp marketing platform that enables businesses to send bulk messages, manage contacts, automate chatbot flows, schedule campaigns, and analyze engagement. The Service is provided on a subscription basis. 3. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING All paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your subscription automatically renews on the same date each month until you cancel. You authorize Pubozap to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days advance notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until that date. 4. FREE TRIAL New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Pubozap reserves the right to modify or discontinue free trials at any time. 5. REFUND POLICY We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for any paid plan. Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the initial charge will not be honored. Refunds are not provided for monthly renewals after the first billing cycle. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree to use Pubozap in full compliance with WhatsApp Terms of Service and Business Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Service to send unsolicited spam or bulk messages to recipients who have not opted in, harass or threaten any individual or group, transmit malware or malicious code, reverse-engineer or attempt to hack the platform, or violate any third-party intellectual property rights. 7. WHATSAPP COMPLIANCE Pubozap operates using the WhatsApp Web protocol. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with WhatsApp policies. Accounts found in violation of WhatsApp terms may be banned by WhatsApp at any time. Pubozap is not liable for any account suspensions or bans issued by WhatsApp. 8. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@pubozap.com if you suspect unauthorized access. 9. DATA OWNERSHIP You retain full ownership of all contacts, messages, and data you upload to or create within Pubozap. By using the Service, you grant Pubozap a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service. 10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All software, branding, design, and content comprising the Pubozap platform are the exclusive property of Pubozap. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission. 11. TERMINATION Pubozap reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any activity that endangers the platform or other users. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. 12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pubozap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. 13. CHANGES TO TERMS We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 14.
